El nuevo sistema de Aviso de Cruce logra provocar un retrasos en el flujo de mercancías así como aumento de costos.

Las discrepancias entre la Agencia Nacional de Aduanas (ANAM) y el Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) sobre el aviso de cruce (AVC) ha logrado generar fricciones y encarecimiento en que los costos en el flujo de mercancías que entran y salen del país, por otro lado el socio director de la firma de consultores TREID de Comercio exterior Erick Trejo comenta que el Financiero que si bien el AVC promete ser una herramienta muy buena para facilitar el comercio, por ahora tiene varios problemas que está retrasando la entrada y salida de mercancías en los cruces fronterizos. Por ello Trejo Rojas comentó que hay casos que los clientes donde no ha funcionado el AVC, y sumado al déficit de los transportes, encarece los costos para los importadores.
