La empresa Advectus Transportation Services de Linden presenta una solicitud al tribunal de quiebras de Estado Unidos, en la cual enlista los bienes que posee y las deudas que aún están pendientes, esto se debe al cierre repentino de dicha empresa, que ha dejado como saldo innumerables deudas que corresponden específicamente a 150 transportistas que laboraban en esta empresas que aún no han sido cancelados dichos valores.

La solicitud fue planteada por parte de los 3 socios de la empresa que son: Michael D. Liquori en calidad como presidente, Scott LaForge como vicepresidente ejecutivo; y Richard A. Harty, quienes emiten un informe de las deudas que poseen y el dinero de deben a ciertas organizaciones por causa de préstamos otorgados, además de manifestar su ingresos y egresos del año 2020, las deudas son inmensas es por esta causa que se ampara en el Capítulo 7 de la banca rota.
